- We believe that the Bible, the Holy Scripture, is the Word of God — without error in its original form — and the only rule of faith and life for the believer and for the Church.
- We believe in one eternal and personal God, who reveals Himself in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit:
- We believe in God the Father, the Creator of all things, visible and invisible.
- We believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who was incarnated through the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose again on the third day, ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead.
- We believe in the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity, who was poured out at Pentecost, who gives life, leads, sanctifies, and empowers believers and the Church for ministry and for the manifestation of the gifts of the Spirit.
- We believe that man was created in the image of God, but through Adam’s disobedience fell into sin; that all people are born with a sinful nature inherited from Adam and are in need of salvation.
- We believe that salvation is by the grace of God alone, through faith in Jesus Christ, repentance, and spiritual rebirth, resulting in a new life in Christ.
- We believe in water baptism in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit — as an outward sign of the believer’s union with Christ and of his or her entrance into the body of the Church.
- We believe in the baptism with the Holy Spirit as a distinct experience that imparts power for service, accompanied by the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
- We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all those who are born again, called to serve God, to proclaim the Gospel, and to practice worship, fellowship, holiness, and ministry.
- We believe in the Lord’s Supper (the Eucharist) as an essential ordinance of the Church, expressing the communion of believers with Christ and with one another.
- We believe in the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, in the resurrection of the dead, in the final judgment, in eternal reward for the faithful, and in eternal separation from God for the unbelieving.
- We believe in the sanctification of life — the believer is called to a life of sanctification, purity, and obedience to the Word of God, apart from sin and the carnal mindset.
